What is sad about investors telling other investors about stocks they can make money on? Why would anyone think that's bad?

On many stock chat boards like Ihub, talking about a totally different stock of the titled board would be considered spam. Bringing up a different stock numerous times suggesting it's a better stock than hjoe isn't conductive of hjoe boards and doesn't belong and that's why top tier forum sites like Ihub doesn't allow that.
