True, True! There is something happening here with $KNSC.
Reverse Merger Confirmed! 8k Clearly states this.

IMO, we see news Monday or Tuesday to confirm the Share Buyback and the Retirement of Shares.

There are no noteholders waiting to cash in that have been disclosed, there are no company debts or liabilities that need restructuring that we have been made aware of by the company.

Simply put, this stock is a golden opportunity, and quite a few eyes have been watching it for some time!

This is obviously my opinion. The company will enlighten us with a PR or Filings when they are ready.
