Most likely been working/collaborating w them for a while. No need to PR every little step along the way. Pickett stressed being conservative in those emails exposed here yesterday. He wasn't conservative last time and it resulted in a huge price gap up followed by a hard fall to cause many investors a lot of money . No need to do that again . Slow and steady will win the race. The industry is booming and the demand will follow shortly
