MNTA—I take it that it is not feasible to shift [Glatopa] to another fill/finish vendor?

That would likely take longer than waiting for PFE to resolve the compliance problem.

p.s. PFE’s compliance problem is apparently unrelated to Glatopa—see #msg-128827128 and #msg-128827182.
