FYI, the email in reference is regarding the Fraudulent SHOM PR, CCEJ has no need to comment on SHOM's followup. The fraudulent press release is what prompted Coca Cola East Japan to issue their update denying any relationship.

A SHOM P&D was in effect during the WEEK-LONG span before CCEJ forced SHOM to issue a followup. It was estimated this fraudulent SHOM PR caused street losses as a direct result of the misrepresentation to be in the range of $4 - 5 million dollars. It's not difficult to determine who benefitted.
