On the tax form to elect QEF it asks for the company's CUSIP number. My accountant tried to call and email Titan last year to see if they had this number. He never got a response. For that reason he couldn't file electronically and had to mail it in. My Etrade tax forms lists the CUSIP for other companies. Since I have not sold any Titan I was just curious if your 2016 tax forms had this number for Titan. Thanks
