Believable is not even close! Anyone with any intellectual curiosity at all will easily recognize the PR is complete BS!

What the hell does a formal complaint to the SEC accomplish? What will it do for SCHRAMM's CRUSHED INVESTORS??? For the uninitiated investor, an SEC complaint sounds impressive! For anyone that actually understands...SO WHAT? If Schramm were even semi-close to serious, then XLIT would be going to court and suing the EVIL TRANSGRESSORS! A positive lawsuit outcome could even help the shareholders Schramm has crushed with his LightSheet PROMOTIIONS!

BTW...If the "threats" to the family are true, THEN CALL THE COPS! The SEC does not deal in "family threats"!

Either Schramm has NO CLUE or ALL OF HIS MISSIVES ARE COMPLETE BS! Either way, it is a NO-BRAINER to take a pass on XLIT!
