I am not at all surprised by the 2 BOD members resigning.

In my scathing letter to the BOD of BOX, I blamed the BOD for past, current and any future mis-steps taken or to be taken as they affects their fiduciary responsibility in steering BOX ships out of harms way and protecting shareholders and re-enhancing values etc.

If you go after the BOD - they have to respond - some just decide not to be in the line of fire and resign

Good riddance to those two - hope the remaining three does a better job in the future as promised in their response to me
