To keep a clear conscience I have to say DO NOT BUY NWTT,,, ARE WE CLEAR ON THAT. NWTT is one of the most diluted stocks I've ever seen on the OTC.
Everyone is selling their shares faster than they can get their hands on them. I'm not joking. The stock in the past used to do an RS almost every two years like clockwork. Pure dilution machine.
During my extensive research I was unable to find even one minuscule good thing to report on NWTT which might actually be a good thing! I know, sounds crazy but hang in there!
NWTT is a train wreck that just won't quit happening!
However,,, having said all that I must ask anyone reading this how many times we've been on a decent stock that appeared to have a bright future yet just couldn't sustain a a move up, consolidate & maintain a new higher level,,, yet we look around & observe a total scam stock blowing up on absolute BS hype & fluff. I've seen this happen so often I had to do some serious in depth research to find what it was I was missing!
At this juncture I have to tell you how I formulated the single most accurate technical indicator of of the penny stock market.
Matter of fact it is nothing short of THE PRIMARY FUNDAMENTAL BASIC PRINCIPAL of the entire OTC. I received awards from major financial institutions after I published my findings. It amounts to a thesis on a very strange phenomenon that I've titled,,,,
"Classic Quantum Dynamic TURD Effect"
I know you probably think I'm joking but hear me out.
Some years back a few of us had found a stock that was way undervalued. It had a good business model, growing revenues & was close to filing it's 10K which would reflect the company's first profits. It had a good management team & very manageable, conventional debt. We all knew this stock was primed to blow up. Yet every day it lost a little more value. Sometimes it would enjoy a minor 1 day run which would get us all excited only to give all the gains back & continue going down.
Anyway like all stock boards we had a resident nay-sayer who continuously told us what a bad stock we had. We got so tired of being told what a piece of crap it was that one day we challenged him to tell us what he considered a good stock pick. He took the bait & he suggested to us (it could have been a joke) that we check out another stock he had been watching.
He told us about Trans Urban Rectal Dynamics. Yep. You guessed it,,, The ticker was TURD
I need to tell you we researched the hell out of it so we could tell this guy how dumb he was. Sure enough, bringing all our due diligence to bare we uncovered a serious scam. Management was inept, never returned calls or e-mails, 8 billion shares Authorized all of which were Outstanding & the Float was at 7.98 billion. Toxic funding that just ate any value the company had, with $150 million in debt, steady dilution, insignificant revenues, also defending it's self in several law suits & for all intents & purposes on it's last legs.
We laughed our butts off at the basher's expense. Needless to say TURD had no bid, an ask of .0001 & very very low volume. It was so funny for the hell of it I bought 10 million shares just so I could say "I have a major stake in TURD" I wasn't the only one that bought. My buddies also bought huge blocks just to be in on the joke. We had more money than sense back in the day.
Then one day everything changed. Another company, I think it was Amalgamated Fertilizers issued an everyday fluff PR about signing a letter of intent with TURD to jointly set up a focus group to explore the feasibility of fertilizing inner city / urban areas where condemned housing had been torn down. It was obvious BS but who knew how valuable genuine BS really was?
TURD took off. Everyday it just kept scorching the top of the charts. They continued to issue BS & fluff. this caused more buying which in turn set off traders momentum screens & had the stock sailing through the double zeros. It reached a point that the stock was ready to breach a penny. Sadly I sold almost all of my TURD early cause I just knew this crap couldn't continue,,, & yet it did.
Having gone through one cent it was obvious that TURD was entrenched in a steady uptrend. A month & a half after that first PR the US Government issued a grant of $4.2 million dollars to fund further research by the joint focus group. TURD just kept climbing until it was sitting @ .55 with no hint of weakness.
Then came that fateful day! Jim Cramer was discussing a mild correction of General Electric & admonished his followers not to sell. Then, right there on a nationally televised business channel he said & I quote "This ain't no turd!" That was all she needed. The preverbial $h!t hit the fan!
With about two & a half hours left in the trading session TURD crushed the volume levels of the entire OTC market & broke through a dollar barrier with little resistance! Over the next couple of days TURD raced to $2.58!
I sold out & was astonished at how much I had made on total bull s--t. I wished I had kept at least a million shares when I first sold but I didn't. I will never make that mistake again!!!
So you're probably wondering. What's all this got to do with NWTT you ask? Hang in there I'm getting to that.
We have to consider at all times THE PRIMARY FUNDAMENTAL BASIC PRINCIPAL of the entire OTC,,, "CQDT Effect"
We can never underestimate the influence of this phenomenon on the markets.
Put 2 & 2 together & it can't get much better.
Now remember,,, to maintain a clear conscience I told you! DO NOT BUY NWTT.
Never the less, & I hesitate to say this,,, but this could be the chance of a lifetime!
It is with great & profound pleasure that I can safely say to all those still clinging to the sides of this toilet to consider for just a moment how lucky we all are!
I think it's entirely possible that,,,,
NWTT IS THE BIGGEST TURD THERE EVER WAS!
