Amazing how little runway these guys need to do something like this. In the first 10 trading days of February, 31,562 shares turned over (3,156 per day). In the 2 days prior to this P&D action, about 70K shares turned over, with about 35,000 coming in the last hour yesterday.

Base to start this action: 70K shares - less than 3% of today's share volume.

Then today happened. 2.1M+ shares and counting. 2.1M shares is the float. 2.8M shares is the total outstanding.

I'm sure whoever engineered this has some shorting action on the backside of this P&D. Will look to re-establish position in the afternoon today before short covering.
