A prudent approach would be to access the Army's requirement document (required for a RDT&E effort) to determine if the CurAegis product meets any of the requirements. If so, offer the CurAegis product as a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution that mitigates the risks associated with a new start program. Or, to monitor Army requests for information and sources sought in order to compete for the RDT&E contract. I have to believe that someone is familiar with these processes and that this is already occurring.
