DD done on who invested when .. and those Restricted shares/certs from 2009 to today
coupled with what was done specifically when P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013
and CEs' *inability* to part (shake) *actual PTOI shares from many P2O investors*
via relentless compression then (35c to 10c to just below 2c)

break out the ole' calculator for *volume* (monthly and YTD) for the visual
alignment of *volume with PPS* .. it's why 5c is the CEs' new 10c
(there are 5 price points imo worth documenting with P2O's ability to execute)

5c .. 10c .. 20c .. 35c .. and the biggie $1.50 to $1.65 ..
