11 for 1 reverse split. New software company looking to grow already planning to eliminate common shareholders. Good move for them but not a good move for the individuals already invested. According to the filing eliminates approx 840 shareholders.

Gives the company more exposure at a higher stock price but at the same time companies who do a reverse split usually falter out the gate.

Lets hope the product is worthy of the split.
