A PS to my previous rant. Seriously, months ago, maybe years ago I posted several times that I thought the Main Use of the "Z" shares would/could be to Avoid UNfriendly takeovers or takeovers that were not considered lucrative by management. Could this actually be the reason for this VERY UNUSUAL action by Management? Tlsmd
