The stock you mentioned, uplisted to a different exchange. That stock trades on the AMEX. Stocks on the AMEX aren't held to the same standards as Nasdaq stocks.
As you just pointed out in less than 3 weeks there is going to be 2.5M shares hitting the market so that probably explains the Nasdaq uplisting PR from the other day. (Gee, what a coincidence.) Yep, it will be interesting to see what happens to the stock.
