Yes, I know the stupid rules forbid one mod from editing another’s, but it NEEDS TO BE DONE in cases like this where the law has said everything posted above is fraud.
Besides, most mods have abandoned this worthless scam.

Barton conducted no legitimate business through MedGen, but used it to further his fraudulent securities scheme and thereby enrich himself and others involved in that scheme.

Defendants Barton, Sindelman, Briggs, and Manzo intentionally made numerous false public statements concerning certain of the Issuers' business, which were intended to cause the Issuers' stock price to increase.
