My dinner tonight will be ribeye steaks.

Ever since I got the smoker, I think I like pork baby back ribs the best. I was at the store yesterday, and they were on sale. Being the overly compulsive individual that I am. I bought three racks.

I gave one rack to my neighbor, and he gave me a package of rib-eye steaks that he had in exchange. Not that I wanted anything for it, but hey? Free dinner, and how can a person go wrong with rib-eye steak?
