Etrade's response is out. They changed the word 'therefore' to 'thus' in the 117 denials, otherwise looks the same as Ameritrade's response, including the affirmative defenses. As I said before, no amount of being busy elsewhere explains why an extension was needed, unless Etrade wanted to read everyone else's responses first and then copy and paste......

So now we wait for Judge Strom's response. Should be interesting.
