All the companies other properties are in good standing

Actually, they are not. NBRI is not only flat broke, they are deeply in debt. They keep forfeiting their "other properties" due to lack of the legally required exploration expenditures and/or payments to BC. Another entire property disappears next month for the same reason, with many others of their handful of remaining claims expiring in 2017. Soon, NBRI will have almost no claims in BC remaining.

And what is left is pretty much valueless. Placer properties are largely worthless.
