I would put 123414 on ignore if I were you and not respond to his nonsense.

What his agenda is to keep bringing up issues which have been resolved and dredging up posts that are about a year old to support his nonsense is beyond me... unless he is a basher trying to create doubt about Theralase management is my only guess.

As you and I and most others have pointed out with solid confirmations, the objective of the Phase 1b trial is primarily to determine that the drug, the light activated PDC, TLD-1433 and the complete procedure is safe and tolerable for humans... this is necessary since the drug and procedure has never been tested on humans... it has worked for rats but now the safety and tolerability must be demonstrated in human trials. It would be nice if there was efficacy on humans was shown during the Phase 1b trial but that is a that is a secondary goal... Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials will demonstrate that as they fine tune the dosage.
