The Luxuria will be available to rent very soon which means more cash flow on the books daily and an asset worth over $1,000,000. And soon the vessel hits the water and is on its way to its Bahia Mar Marina mooring spot. This should be interesting. The intracoastal water is very clear these days after the flooding from high tides during the once in 50 year, full moon stuff. They need a diving board, ladder, some waverunners and maybe a slide off the roof!
