OTTV upcoming catalysts:
1) App launch - not yet clear when,but believed to be soon
2) Deal with Hotels in the Miami area- potentially this can bring in revenue in the multi millions. The last PR stated clearly that they are in talks with Hotel chains
3) Friendlier financing to eliminate the convertible debt. He has told me that current convertible debt is nearing the end if not already done. It's possible that what we see on level 2 is just the the remaining debt that has already been converted. We will have to verify this to know forsure.
4) Times Square ad contract beginning April. The launch must occur before then.
