currently it is silly as we need to spend any revenues on establishing the profitable business.
There are a number of ways of sorting out the equity structure and people just think of RS automatically but I tend to favor buy backs as and when profits (or separate cash injections) allow

For a company rapidly transition from development to full on device supplier and with a price action reacting to the god news that will be forth coming though a 10:1 split could be handled and not have the negative impact people always think of. A number of companies have done it successfully usually as part of an uplisting strategy now they are doing profitable business

lets let Andrew and the BOD decide how to sort out the share structure but I am sure it will be a few months off since we need to be profitable for it to be viewed positively
