Reducing the A/S by 1:100 looks good on paper, BUT, it doesn't require more than the stroke of a keyboard to raise it again, and you can be sure they will as soon as dilution maxes it out.

The preferred, all 4 remaining classes which control the voting, some of which are convertible, some of which are redeemable and some of which the company has already bought back, belong to Mr. Brookstein.
