Howdy...Tang appears to have wrong play book

on handling share count if He has

intentions of building Company

revenue and better share holder

prospects for share valuation...


Selling in droves occured due

to fear of a reverse split after

recent topping in share count...


Plenty of pinky CEOs come and

go that pledge no r/s...then bloop...


It's not too late for a change...


Tang and Ms. Tang could convert

their common shares to some type

of Preferred share status..

That would lower the total

outstanding common shares other

than CFO holdings of common...


That would allow room to lower

total authorized common share

amount to 300 million or less

and more respectfully lower...


Then later if Tang and company

fortunes do improve His

ability to earn stock options

could be increased...


IMO, the current playbook for

the share count will linger

with poor expectations even

on better revenue news...


But don't ask me to write

any codes, because on that...
