$HZNM We were incorporated in Delaware on May 11, 2011. On October 4, 2016, we entered into an asset purchase agreement (the "Agreement") with Gold Exploration Management Inc., a Nevada corporation ("GEM") to acquire a title to lithium mineral claims situated in the states of Nevada and California.
