Maybe the former insiders delayed taking the 500K shares so as to not have about a 90% increase in the OS POST RS out of the gate?

Any opinions anyone?

I cannot imagine they are going to take the debt cancellation without then getting issued the 500K shares.

This is the only reason I can think of for the delay.

When my time on earth is gone, and my activities here are passed, I want they bury me upside down, and my critics can kiss my ass!
