I had to call my bank today, and they offered me a very interesting optional security feature. I think they called it a Digital Voice Fingerprint, or something like that. When I call in the future, my voice will be digitally recognized and I won't have to go through the endless amount of questions to prove that I am who I say I am. I wonder if Biokey is aware of this?
