you have a little time after that to file annual reports due and pay the fees dues. The appointment is the primary focus.

That's all Alonzo had to do. He could have shown the district court what transpired and got legal appointment instead of taking Sonfield's direction and committing a crime.

You not really filing a lawsuit, you're filing a petition. I think it would give you legal standing in a lawsuit later.

Discuss it with an honest attorney. Most would want you to go a more expensive route and file a lawsuit as a shareholder. As a court appointed custodian you have much more legal standing.

To be a fly on the wall when Alonzo gets notice.
