Check your numbers on the float. Float is about 28 million and does NOT include the Lieberman estate shares. (I consider the Lieberman shares as insider owned) With such high insider ownership I guess we can't really complain as shareholders since the insiders have much more to lose or gain.

I have emailed IR through the POWN website contact form, and have never received a reply. Sad to see them going dark. It is not the first time for me and I have yet to experience an actual end of trading for any of them.
