I will try to break it down:

31,489,429 * .35 = $11.021,300
comes with .75 warrants = 23,617,071 shrs if converted within 7 years

1,515 *1000 = $1,515.000/.35= 4,328,571 common shares


The whole thing is big dilution and as you can see the company gains $12.5 million--- $11.021,300 + $1,515.000. I have no idea if any shares have been sold by the holders. Closed at the end of November so have to read the filings around that time then current tute ownership. I have no idea how it all breaks down. Os will be much higher though.
