A couple of thoughts. First the news came out right before the close and I doubt it was connected to the stock drop. It was already around 1.45 when I saw the news. Someone was getting out of a large position and the stock went down. Secondly just because they filed suits does not mean they are not licensing. There are always going to be soft and hard targets. Third this is a big target area and these are SEPs and that is significant.
