I believe it is because there was talk by the company of attempting to get consensual deals which is why they hadn't filed cases previously. This suggests that, for the SEP portfolio anyway, those deals didn't arise so that means that there isn't any near-term revenue at least from this portfolio to look forward to.

There are a lot of things in the mix, so there still could be some near-term revenue, but I think that's why the first reaction by the market was one of disappointment. We could go another few quarters without significant revenue at this rate.

My take, anyway.
