Instead of using the entire $60M upfront payment for trials on new drugs in their pipeline and/or other corporate expenses, they could take half that money and buyout all the warrants thus eliminating future dilution of PTN stock and creating conditions for a sustainable increase in PTN share price.

Just my own "crazy" idea.
