I wonder if they will get the SEC filings done? Maybe they should just dereg and do OTCM filings. Hopefully they play it smart and get this going to 1.00s first. It started off near there and fell on low vol. Not many shares avail on l2. looks pretty thin. just 1600 vol today wiped out .17s and MM moved to .30. prob has 2500 each .10 increment.
