If you went about this on your own, without express written consent from the groups leaders, then yes you are " out of line " and in violation of rule G:421.82 which states and I quote:

" Any GGG member who decides to think for themselves or disagrees with a senior board member shall relinguish any and all shares of Biel they own to the GGG group within 48 hours upon notice. "

You have the right to appeal.... ;)
