Would be good if the guys who took over actually knew the guys from the previous co. I wonder if they got all insider shares from them? Sometimes if the people know what they are doing while facilitating the deal they will actually fork out some dough to the old insiders and get all their shares for a price. I heard sometimes old insiders are ecstatic to get 5 or 10 grand for their shares and totally ok with it. NOt 100% how it works. Maybe once they take over they get the shares from the TA? Certs get transferred to their name? I should know this but I dont fully.
