If I was an investor, group of investors, or a company considering an acquisition, I would likely mandate a complete change of leadership as the prior team did not seem to demonstrate effective management or financial stewardship.

I see this as a potential positive. Why would a seasoned exec accept the position without a reasonable assurance of getting paid. This could indicate that there is a potential solution to the capitalization issue.

This is all conjecture on my part. We won't know anything for certain until PRs. Common stock shareholders and share price are not likely top priorities. That is not a bad thing. If we were getting fluff PRs every day, I would be more worried that the company was going to use small gains on common stock as a band aid. That is a terrible indicator.

We will see what PRs bring. I am curious and very cautiously optimistic.
