Tempting to just cut and paste your message to management....

But I think the numbers really matter....
And if you value all the assets and add them up, you get to a number that is far greater than current market cap

And that's based on current profile of FH's businesses....
I actually think there are MANY ways to improve xspa to get faster growth with more profitability..

And I think the Infomedia stake could be worth big $$

The IP should generate cash in '17

And FliCharge is an option with lots of upside and little financial risk...

I agree that mgmt and board line their pockets at shareholders' expense and that's bad

But the price of this stock does not reflect the value of the assets IMO

Their tax assets (NOLs) alone are worth ~ $30m IMO

With the stock so low... might as well just sock it away and check back in 6-12 mos
