Pure Digital Technology LLC, an Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC) subsidiary, is pleased to announce the purchase of a 40% stake in Talent by Talent LLC alluded to in a prior press release dated January 10, 2017

Talent by Talent is a world-renowned media company with exclusive access to digital assets and content to be used on Pure Digital's platforms. In addition, it provides management, promotion, marketing and media production for independent artists, songwriters, producers and recording labels.

Charles Peterson, CEO of Talent by Talent LLC, states, "I am very enthusiastic and eager to partner with Pure Digital Technology's platform; I look forward to the transformative effect of the digital media market. Talent by Talent will provide new and unique entertainment content. The content will be a diverse genre that includes Rock and Roll, Country, Rap/Hip-hop, Jazz, Dancehall, and Latin/Caribbean."

Pure Digital Technology will continue to provide safe and secured solutions for its upcoming Digital Media Broadcast Platforms that requires electronic commerce transactions.

Bitcoin is becoming the most widely used financial instrument, which is known for its strong data security. Bitcoin has disrupted the financial industry over the past several years as it has become more accepted. It is believed that it will drive sustained growth in its price, and become less volatile. Pure Digital has started the first phase testing/developing of its advanced broadcast media-streaming server that will function using adaptive computer clustering techniques so as to provide the resources to the platform as it expands.

Pure Digital has purchased the domain named (puredigital.tv) for the network.

Pure Digital’s strategy is focused on evolving data centers into modular, and portable designs. Utilizing innovative concepts coupled with proven technologies, Pure Digital is developing a Medical-Research Grade prototype, High-Performance Cluster (HPC), also known as a “Supercomputer”. Pure Digital will be the industry- leading, eco-friendly, power- saving solution’s provider. Having a data center that is modular in design and utilizing complete Open Source Linux Technology, will allow for a robust, and highly secured environment. Pablo Nieto JR has been removed from the corporation by majority vote.
