It will go bust. The business model is buy up crummy little warehouses and call them indoor grow houses which can be leased. One problem I see. You must first obtain a grower's license and in order to do that you have to meet qualifications. It's not like the usual REIT. It's not just a matter of having capital to purchase dilapidated buildings there is the credit worthiness. Can this company borrow money to buy a run down building, fix it up, then lease and charge enough to pay the bank and have enough left over to pay dividends. You buy REIT stocks for the dividends more than for capital appreciation.

He looks at you like you owe him money.
