Monroe, I am hoping that good, conservative people being brought into the Trump Government might see things better, especially when their Department( DOE, in this case) has made disrupting decisions. Bluefire probably would not have gone to the trouble of preparing the plant site at Fulton, MS, if they hadn't been promised a sizable DOE grant to assist in its building and start-up.
