this stock should be trading much higher last year PPS($13 PPS). Balance sheet more solid than a year ago .w/a double Cash on Hand a/o today. and today's J.V as well as recent contracts.. Total assets/Total liabilities ratio =2.5 Solid
insane cheap. after hours should be interesting
