Jugs, as long as the price of the black stuff continues to trade in a narrow corridor, ALDW's distribution will be constricted by the crack spread that is relatively fixed.

I believe that investors will understand that the issue of distribution is wholly dependent on that price and what it costs to make products out of it, and what the company considers prudent use of the money.
