There is no catalyst. Nothing for sale. No phone number, no website, every subsidiary "misplaced". Nothing on the balance sheet and haven't reported in years. The ARCS stock, "if" reported would have been income.

The only value here is if Feds froze V-Star and confiscated cash/shipments, however it's registered in Cali, but owned by Vietnamese. I'm sure the bank account in relation to V-Star is not in America. Retail investors own shares and that's it. Nothing seafood related, nothing marijuana related.

If they hired some douche bag to say he's CEO of it and they put out some garbage it could go to a couple ticks up. Andy Le, Derek Nguyen, Thu Le, and last to the party was John Pinheiro. John may go to jail still, but the rest are on to the next scam and untouchable.
