This "feeling" is based on experience. Micro-cap companies do this type of capital funding all the time. URG's financials are not stellar and the last time they did an offering, which was done because of delinquent payments due to URG, their financials were in line with current numbers. Any time your long on these micro-cap companies the possibility of an offering is very real. If you look at URRE and UEC, which both recently offered, then it doesn't take a rocket scientist or a sarcastic poster to understand that. I like URG and have been in and out it a few times, but disregarding the possibility of an offering is a mistake.
