So, assuming the first payment was 400k, second installment 1.3 million. Third installment 3,4,5 million? Fourth installment 5-10 million? It's anyone's guess but I'm sure the third and fourth payments are going to be in the multi millions. Yes, and because they were looking to raise that money most likely is good news for shareholders.
