Delisted.

As announced on February 3, 2017, Prism Technologies Group, Inc. will voluntarily delist from the Nasdaq Capital Market and expects to transfer its listing to the OTCQB market. The transfer of its listing is expected to be completed on or about February 23, 2017.

Interesting reason as to why:

"The Company has been developing a plan to regain compliance with each of these listing standards. After discussion and deliberation, however, the Board of Directors determined that it was in the best interests of the Company to voluntarily delist from the Nasdaq Capital Market. Material facts related to this important decision include the extent of dilution that would result from an equity offering to regain compliance with, and continue to satisfy, the listing requirements."

So, they don't want to dilute to regain compliance.

Good for us.

Also means no split for shareholders.

I was hoping to hear news regarding appeal ... still thinking end of February, but this is how it goes.
