This looks to me like the existing shares will be canceled and new shares issued, as the document states that existing secured and unsecured creditors will end up with most of the outstanding shares. I suspect this means cancellation of existing shares instead of a massive dilution.

I don't have the time now to do further research on this view to determine its correctness and therefor would be grateful for any more informed comments on the subject.
