This is a gift horse as they say and I have taken advantage of it at the lows, so far. The 5 million dollar share offering was actually supposed to be right where the price is now at a buck ten from the S-1 Prospectus in July. What I like about the model is that their capital goes into things (horses sorry to use the word things) that have actual value and for which there is ALWAYS a market for versus good that may have to be written off. Short of maybe a horse dying or not able to give birth (not sure if they have insurance or not?) much of what is put in can always be sold, granted there is expense in caring for the horses (I recall reading btw 10 to 20 bucks a day) and training them.
